Okay, I know I don’t write that often, but this unnaturally long sabbatical from Gabrielsbrain.com does have a reason behind it.

Because of circumstances involving, but not limited to, The Battle Of The Books (commonly referred to as BOB) I have been restricted from the internet for a period of a few weeks. I am now going to fill you in on everything that has happened since then.

• I have discovered my favorite American Idol Contestants : David Archuleta, Ramiele Malubay, and Brooke White.
• I have ordered a copy of a book entitled Hero (can’t remember author) and Memoirs of a teenage amnesiac by Gabriella Zevin, both from Barnes & Noble
• I have cooked(excuse me, baked) a batch of snickerdoodles and a batch of Chocolate chip cookies
• I have complimented an extremely awesome person on her blue & black hair.
• I have lost in a game of scrabble to my mom ( she is really good at it)
• I cleaned out my locker & got organized
• brought a 78% in math up to an A

All in all, I have had a really good last couple of weeks!
